At Alpha Female AF, LLC, we work to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping and delivery process.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time
  • Orders may take longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Delays

Alpha Female AF, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure the package can be received at the delivery location.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Alpha Female AF, LLC is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost or stolen after delivery

If you believe your package is missing:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for these situations.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • Delivery times may vary significantly depending on location and customs processing

9. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may have different processing and shipping timelines depending on order size and availability.

  • Larger orders may require extended processing times
  • Shipping costs and freight options will be calculated or quoted accordingly

We will communicate any extended timelines for wholesale orders as needed.


10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.
