Return & Refund Policy

At Alpha Female AF, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — within the guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to our error

3. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory.

If you need a different size or item, we recommend:

  1. Submitting a return (if eligible)
  2. Placing a new order for the desired item

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

5. Return Process

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it is subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

9. Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on wholesale purchases unless:

  • The items are defective
  • The order was fulfilled incorrectly

Any issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

10. Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for:

  • Suspected abuse of our return policy
  • Excessive or repeated return requests

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Denial of future purchases
